I had such an exceptional customer experience at the B&B store in Chatswood Chase today. Both Brooke and Kirstina were so helpful with calling another store to find my size. They immediately texted me to let me know the other store had orgainized shipping for my purchased item. Most of all I loved walked into the store with such engaging and friendly ladies

Went in to the store last week and was served by Maria. She did such a great job styling me for an event i had this week! Will definitely be returning soon. The new Boutique looked awesome but the lighting was a bit dark in the fitting rooms
