I ordered a t-shirt from them and wanted to return it. I have sent three emails to them and I have not received a reply. The website did not recognize the order number for the return.

Quality great and loved that the cashier pointed out that since we were buying 2 shirts, we got a third for $5. So glad we happened upon this spot, loads of memories when I wear my sweatshirt.

The store itself is nice, but the quality of clothes is very poor. I purchased some shorts, which were loose fitting as I bought a size too big and within a week, after 2 wears they ripped at the seams in the crotch. They were on sale but still $35 and they didn't even last a week. I've left Australia now so can't return them but I'm very disappointed in the quality. I've always wanted to visit bondi and wanted a keepsake but for it to only last a week is very poor.

One of my main goals this trip was to pick up some iconic Bondi pieces, and after reading a bunch of reviews I chose this store. People say it’s pricey, but the staff kindly walked me through the sale items and made it easy. Even better, we had a fun chat since they’d been to Korea before. This was 100% pure Bondi hospitality. Pricey or not, the quality speaks for itself — no worries there. Thanks a ton 🫡.

It is located on the side of the main road. Parking is available all around but mostly paid and can be difficult during weekends. The shop has friendly staff and the clothing is very light and high quality. Good for leisure.
