I have consistently had a disappointing experience with this medical practice, primarily due to the attitude and professionalism of the reception staff. The receptionist is often rude, unfriendly, and unwelcoming whenever I call or attend appointments. Rather than feeling valued as a patient, I frequently feel like I am inconveniencing the staff simply by asking questions or seeking assistance. Communication is also a major issue. Phone calls often go unanswered, messages are not returned promptly, and it can be very difficult to get clear information regarding appointments or follow-up care. The administrative staff seem disorganised and unresponsive, which creates unnecessary frustration and stress for patients. In addition, the overall service is extremely slow. Whether it's checking in for an appointment, waiting for assistance at reception, or receiving updates about bookings, there always seems to be significant delays. While I appreciate the care provided by my doctor, the poor customer service and lack of professionalism from the front desk staff significantly detract from the overall experience. I hope the practice takes patient feedback seriously and works on improving

Wish I could give zero stars. The arrogance and attitude of Dr Gilda Bona Cruz-Kazzi the paediatrician is alarming. She should not be working with children. We showed up on time for an appointment and after over an hour waiting she decided to see us. No apology. No explanation. She then got angry when I asked why the wait was so long and we were simply told to leave if we want with an arrogant grin on her face. Highly unprofessional and whoever left a positive review for her is obviously a friend of family judging by the other review which is more in line with my experience. Absolute disgrace of a woman and hard to believe she has any real qualifications as a doctor, much less someone who works with children.

The doctors is on the 3rd level. Near/behind the St George bank. The receptionist was nice to us, we did hear her be quite rude to other patients and doctors aswell. Our Doctor was 50 minutes late and we paid for the appointment before we even seen the doctor.

I had a disappointing experience during my first visit to this centre. I initially provided my details to the male receptionist, but after waiting 40 minutes to see a GP, I followed up with the female receptionist only to be told that my details weren’t even in the system. This reflects a lack of professionalism and proper communication at the front desk.

We have been here a few times now, we have seen Dr Ahmad Mir most times and he is very good with dealing with my son who is crazy at times. But he is very gentle with my son, a few jelly beans and my son will be good. Have been trying to see Dr Gilda Bonacruz Kazzi the Paediatrician who is very respected here at the practice. The receptionist was very helpful with us as well, very impressed with the service. I was extremely impressed with Nurses Nassar and Erika, they sorted my sons immunization stuff out when they were very busy with other patients, thanks ladies.
