I am very disappointed with Boori customer service. After buying a Boori bed and pocket spring mattress for my daughter 2 years ago, I was very happy with the product, so I bought another one for my son in February. Unfortunately, the quality is not the same. The mattress is rock hard, you can feel the springs through the top of the mattress, the springs move as you move on the bed and it is incredibly uncomfortable. I cannot lay with my son at night, the mattress gives me hip and back pain and he wakes constantly throughout the night which he never did before. I contacted Boori to explain I think there is a manufacturing issue as my first mattress was not like this. They asked me to send a video (not sure what that was hoping to achieve) then said they were sorry they couldn’t do anything and maybe if we keep using it it would soften. It’s been 4 months! To offer no solution Boori is really poor for a so called “premium” brand and an expensive product. Really poor Boori. I’m sorry but you have lost a customer.

It’s a smooth purchase as we know what we want and just want to let my daughter to try the adjustable desk in the shop. The shop assistant helped us to find the suitable chair to go with the desk.

It's my second time purchasing items from Boori Chatswood. Store presentation was immaculate, staff welcoming, accommodating, patient and very knowledgeable. Made great recommendations to suit our specific needs and requirements and also answered all our concerns. Warranty and delivery service was fantastic. Products are very high quality. Looking forward to future purchases as our family grows. 10/10 would recommend Thien, Vito & the team at Boori Chatswood. They are the best!

I like the designs of the Boori bunk beds. The product was as described on the website - solid furniture and non-toxic paint finish. Children-friendly store and staff. Great customer service. Paid the deposit, and the store able to hold the delivery for 4 weeks, until our bedroom is ready. Delivery & assembly staff were professional and competent, and answered my questions about the product. Thank you!
