Thank you Demir Leather, great service, gorgeous products. Love our new leather bed, lounge and dining furniture. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for leather furniture. My daughter is building a new house, and I know just the place to furnish her new home.

I have put my trust in this company since I was young, when my parents and other relatives and friends have bought their lounges since 2000. We went into the shop at Chatswood to place a customised size sofa. The order was placed in 2022 October and it arrived in July which we found out the size was totally wrong. We called the office, the lady was so rude and did not feel any guilt. They didn't even apologise we've waited for so long and ended up the sofa was made in the wrong size. The lady said " we didn't even charge you extra for the bigger lounge we've sent you." I replied, we need a specific size to fit into our house, otherwise what's the point of waiting for 9 months. After they realised they can't get over it therefore we went to the showroom and they said place a new order for us. At the end after another 5 months of wait, the colour came wrong and they didn't put a new order. They just remade the other half of the sofa. The handle was damaged when it came. The lady say it would come back up itself later, I didn't trust them anymore. I called them and they sent someone to fix it. Overall, this company just take no responsibility and I wouldn't recommend to anyone in the

Demir Leather has terrible quality - do not trust them - do not buy from them - they take no responsibility 1)My Demir Leather Sofa is Bad Quality I purchased a leather sofa, leather swivel chairs and a glass/chrome Dining table with 4 leather chairs from Demir Leather in Auburn. I have already posted about the dining table and chairs and now I would like to share my terrible experience with the leather sofa. When delivered there were indent marks on the leather. The first time it was sat on the leather wrinkled badly - so much so I’m terrified about sitting on it- and everyday the wrinkles get worse. Demir leather told me that was NORMAL and to smooth it out each night but that doesn’t work. On one side of the sofa the arm had writing on it and a small hole. Demir leather came and fixed the hole but that left a scar. In the NCAT hearing Demir stated I had caused the hole by pushing the side table into it but the table is much lower than the hole as you can see from the photo. They also erased the writing saying it was from the factory? The other side of the sofa looks like the lining is missing because it is very rough and has lots of lumps and bumps. We just received our new recliner sofas we ordered. They are a work of art! Very stylish and leather is top quality. They designed sofa with slim arms as we would be placing 2 x 2seaters side by side. Great service from staff and they even organised different coloured cushions after ordered ones did not suit our decor!

I furnished my whole house with Demir which really made decorating my house so easy. I purchased two sets of lounges, a coffee table, barstools, a dining table, dining chairs, tv unit and a bed. The sales rep helped me with my purchases. I was advised that all items would arrive in 3-4 months time as its manufactured in Italy and is being custom made for me. As promised, I received my delivery on Friday. The delivery team even took my old sofas to throw away, which was really nice of them. Would definitely recommend Demir if you're looking for top quality furniture and friendly customer service.
