Had a great experience at Bupa Dental Hurstville getting all 4 wisdom teeth removed. Big thanks to Dr. Mayuran and Niraj! They were extremely friendly, guided me through the whole process, and explained everything clearly. The extraction was super quick and easy, and the aftercare instructions were thorough. Highly recommend this team!

Very disappointing experience with dentist Monica at Bupa Dental Hurstville. I will not be returning. She recommended filling five teeth in one appointment. I wasn’t comfortable with that, so I declined and only had two filled. She then immediately told me to come back soon for the remaining fillings, which made me feel pressured. After the treatment, I specifically asked when I could eat and was told I could eat immediately, even though the anaesthetic had not worn off. I followed this advice, went for lunch and bit my numb tongue badly enough that it bled. I was extremely upset, a simple warning to be careful eating while still numb could have prevented this. I also asked for before-and-after photos of my fillings but was refused. She later showed me my teeth on the intraoral camera, but wouldn’t allow me to take a photo of the screen, saying, “I’m just being nice to show you, this isn’t included in the procedure.” Strangely, my itemised receipt actually lists “PHOTO RECORDS”. Overall, I felt pressured and uncomfortable, and I was very disappointed with the communication and aftercare advice. I no longer feel confident returning for further treatment.
