Had a really great experience at BWS yesterday afternoon. Isaac who was working there was incredibly helpful, he actually took the time to assist, recommend, and make the whole process easy. You don’t usually get that level of service, so it really stood out. Big shoutout to Isaac. Hope you go far, mate!

1. I've ordered some beer boxes for delivery yesterday, however those clerks didn't follow my instructions. Two UBER drivers cancelled my order. So, I had to wait more than one and half an hour. All I wanted was chilled drinks. But the beers was at room temperature 🌡️ 🤒 2. I've ordered Asahi 500ml x 24 cans=$95+$10 for delivery charge today. But they sent me a box of Asahi 330ml x 24 bottles= $65. This is the end of patience!!! あんな店なんか、潰れたら良い。

We were quite disappointed with the customer service we received. When we politely mentioned that the price of the beer listed on the website was different from what we were charged, the staff member responded dismissively and rolled her eyes, which made us feel unheard and unwelcome.

Located at level 5 of Westfield Parramatta. Decent collection of hard drinks across a wide range. Reasonable prices on most products. Better get your own bag if you plan for a number of bottled items.

Got this new baby home from BWS. Just loved it. This place gives you just every type of alcohol. Go there to pick some great wines.
