I bought a bottle of Japanese whiskey in the store. It was worth 460 Australian dollars after a discount of 365 dollars. I can't believe the nerve of this shopkeeper! I just bought drinks, and when I asked for a receipt, they out refused to give me one. How unprofessional and shady is that? What are they hiding? This isn’t a flea market, it’s a business. I paid for the items, I expect proof of purchase, especially if something goes wrong. It’s not just good customer service; it’s the law! I won’t be returning to a place that tries to pull this nonsense. Avoid this shop if you value transparency and basic customer rights.

Great selection of drinks. Terrible, rude, incosiderate and passive aggressive staff with 0 awareness of social skills. Staff member named Neetu made me feel terrible as if I shouldn't shop here, I am over 25 years of age.

Waited at counter for 2 minutes. Sales person only came to checkout as there phone was ringing. Answered the phone instead of serving me. When I walked away then she tells the person that she will call them back. Then realizing what has happened she attempts to follow me around the store. When she finally catches up to me she asks if I need help. I replied by saying your phone is more important than your customers.

Located in Westfield Parramatta besides Coles at Level 5. Good collection with reasonable offers.
