Absolutely horrible experience from the manager at this store. She couldn't fix an error of their own making and blamed me for it, was unwilling to help and then blamed her work processes on the reason she didn't know how to correct the error. I made two purchases of the same item because it was reduced before I even received the it. When I requested a refund of the first item I was refunded $90 less than I should have been. This is acknowledged, but they say they don't know how to fix it. The brand is very, very shameful in its after sales assistance...even if you spend a small fortune...as I regrettably have. Another issue is the sizing is hopeless and very different from item to item. They have this thing called "Final Sale", which they say means it cannot be returned even for a different size (on their website there is a statement that contradicts this). Overall I'd strongly recommend passing on this brand...very, very tight and unhelpful, all while trying to act posh!

I wasn’t impressed with my experience at Camilla Parramatta. The store seems to rely heavily on very young staff who often lack the product knowledge, styling experience, and professionalism you would expect when customers are spending thousands of dollars on luxury fashion pieces. What stood out even more was the constant staff turnover. The few experienced and genuinely helpful employees never seemed to stay longer than a few months, which says a lot about the workplace culture and management behind the scenes. Luxury retail should feel inspiring, knowledgeable, and elevated, unfortunately this brand missed the mark for me.

I'm really starting to dislike this brand because of the type of people they employ in their boutiques. Visted this store tonight, zero customer service. The awkwardness of having to greet them instead of them you, and the way they just stand there looking you up and down. Pathetic!

Honestly really disappointing. I came in yesterday and there were two staff working. I asked one if they had a dress in size Small and she said no. The XS was too small, so I asked the other staff member if it might be available in another store. Before I could even finish my question, the first staff member jumped in very rudely saying she’d already told me they don’t have a Small. I wasn’t repeating myself, just asking a follow-up. The tone was unnecessary and made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. Customer service could definitely be better.

Dissatisfied with your returns policy timeframe. This has infact deterred me from ever buying your products again, as I do not want to experience this level of inflexibility in how you treat customers who spend a lot of money for your products. The policy leaves no room for returns over 14 days even though a lot of your customers would be busy, professional individuals who might not be able to complete the returns in that very rigid timeframe. I attempted a return with hope for goodwill as I had initially received the product late even though I paid extra for express shipping (which meant I couldn't wear the dress for the event I bought it for- I ordered on 29/01, it should have arrived by 31/01 but I received it on 05/02) and wished to return it immediately once I had the opportunity in my schedule. I attempted to return it on 23/02/2025, only 18 days post the day I received the product, completely intact and in fact unopened from the packaging. There was no room for variation in policy or consideration of personalized circumstances which were within reasonable timeframes (it wasn't like I tried a return after months), which has left me unhappy with Camilla and it's treatment o
