I visited Chemist Warehouse Hurstville on 16 July at approximately 2:00 pm and had a very disappointing customer service experience. The staff member named Jenny was working at the end counter. While customers were waiting, she repeatedly shouted “NEXT, NEXT, NEXT” in a very loud and aggressive manner. Many customers, including elderly customers, appeared to have difficulty hearing her or knowing which counter was available because she was positioned at the end. When it was my turn, another customer had just left her counter. Jenny called out loudly "NEXT, COME ON NEXT” and repeatedly rang a bell. I was behind other customers and families who were still completing their purchases and could not move any faster. When I reached the counter, she rolled her eyes. I calmly said, “I got here as quickly as I could.” I had not raised my voice or spoken disrespectfully, yet I was made to feel rushed and embarrassed in front of other customers. The security guard present stated the bell was not directed at me, however given the timing and circumstances, it was clear why I felt it was aimed at me. Here's the revised version: I went to the perfume counter at Chemist Warehouse, expecting some helpful guidance, but when I asked where the women’s perfumes were, the staff member just pointed sharply and spoke in a rude, dismissive way. Afterward, I told her that I felt disrespected, but she barely acknowledged me and didn’t apologize. I left feeling really upset. From this, I realized how crucial it is to have respectful customer service, and I hope they improve so others don’t have a similar experience. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at your store yesterday. I visited the chemist with my 2-year-old son for his flu vaccination. After the vaccination, he became very upset and was crying continuously, asking for water. While waiting in a long queue, I took a bottle of water from the fridge, opened it, and gave him a few sips to help calm him down. When I reached the counter to pay, I was informed that the payment system was not accepting cards and that only cash payments were possible. I explained that I did not have cash and that my son had already started drinking the water because he was distressed after his vaccination. The staff member, an Asian lady with short hair wearing a mask, spoke to me very rudely in front of other customers and asked, “How can you open the bottle before paying?” I felt embarrassed and humiliated. As a parent trying to comfort a crying 2-year-old after a vaccination, I found her response completely lacking in understanding and compassion. I checked my purse and found $1.70 in coins, which I offered to pay. The staff member said it was not enough and asked me to continue waiting while my child remained upset and cryin

Full of stocks, pretty much got everything in the book. Customer service can be improved, don’t know why they get pissed off when asking where the stuffs are. Almost as if they are working there for free, cashier was nice tho
