Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every time I visit this Chemist Warehouse on Forest Road, Hurstville, I leave feeling frustrated and disappointed. The staff are consistently rude, unfriendly, and unwilling to provide even basic customer service. Instead of making customers feel welcome, they make you feel like you’re an inconvenience. If you want to ruin your day, this is the best place to visit. It’s unbelievable that such poor customer service continues despite the large number of negative reviews. From my perspective, it seems that management doesn’t take customer feedback seriously because nothing ever changes. Good customer service costs nothing, but unfortunately, this store seems to have forgotten that. I will never be returning and would not recommend this location to anyone. I hope management starts listening to customers and takes meaningful steps to improve the attitude and professionalism of the staff.

I visited this Forest Rd store, looking for a product which shown the item photo and asked a staff member for assistance. She told me she didn’t know and asked me to check with the cashier instead. Then I have to wait in line at the counter, the cashier pointed me to the correct aisle and mentioned that the staff member was new. Unfortunately, there were no other team members available on the shop floor to help. While I understand that new employees need time to learn, I expected someone to either help me find the product or ask a more experienced colleague for assistance. This is not the first time I’ve experienced similar issues occurring in this store. I hope the store manager can provide better staffs training to be professional and ensure customers can easily find help when needed.

Very poor shopping experience. Two female staff members, who are speaking Cantonese, were impatient when answering customer questions. Please improve staff training — this level of service does not reflect well on a reputable brand like ChemistWarehouse.

I had very bad experience too many times, please change or train your staff. Very unprofessional staffs. I ordered the shampoo for click and collect and they gave me different shampoo when i told them its a different one but they weren't listening at all they were like i can give you refund easily, but the shampoo was showing in stock online i told them if they could have a look but they told me the can’t. Total waste of time and also last time when i visited i ask them which panadol is good for headache as there were too many to choose from , they gave me osteo panadol i had to go to the GP as i feeled nauseous and the GP told me the osteo Panadol is for the bone. Are u serious?

I was visiting Chemist Warehouse and was just browsing through the aisles when I noticed a package that appeared to be improperly sealed and looked like it may have already been opened and used by someone else. I picked it up to check the packaging, as the condition was unclear. A staff member then approached me and insisted that I had to purchase the item because it had been opened. I calmly tried to explain that the package already appeared opened before I touched it, but the staff member was rude and unwilling to listen. I felt pressured into buying the product, even though I originally intended to purchase something else. This experience was disappointing and unprofessional and made my visit very uncomfortable.I couldn’t see her name but she was wearing specs👓👓.
