Hi, Today 24th of May 2026 I was standing waiting at 9:55 am with my daughter to get a vaccine. The pharmacist arrived late 10: 10 am. She forgotten the door keys of the pharmacy. She dressed up like she is going to jog. She didn't apologise to customer or informed that she forgotten the keys. She didn't look worried, she left her stuff at the front door and I think she went to get food. The 2 workers apologise and told us that someone is bringing the keys in 15 minutes. It's the worse service, the pharmacist looked lost and careless. Please choose carefully when hiring a pharmacist next time. I will not recommend this priceline anybody. Think twice before going. J

I had such a lovely shopping experience at Priceline Pharmacy at Hurstville Westfield thanks to Kat. She approached me with a warm, friendly manner and was incredibly knowledgeable about hair products. She took the time to answer all my questions with so much patience and kindness, and I never felt rushed. It’s rare to come across customer service that feels this genuine. Thank you, Kat, for making my visit so pleasant! ☺️

I came in to ask about the product’s effectiveness and to compare results between options — I wasn’t planning to purchase on the spot. As soon as I mentioned that, the Asian lady at the counter became extremely impatient and clearly acted as if she wanted me to leave so I wouldn’t “waste her time.” I understand stores can be busy, but basic respect and professional service shouldn’t disappear just because someone is only asking questions. Really disappointing experience. I won’t be coming back.

This store closes A LOT earlier than 6pm on Saturdays. I went at 4.52pm and was told I could only go inside if I knew exactly what I wanted. I of course left immediately and will not be shopping at this store! You need to update your trading hours if you want to close early. No wonder Priceline stores are disappearing!

Wanted a product and was empty on the shelf. Went to the front cashiers and asked if they had any. Got asked if I checked the shelf? Umm yes that’s why I’ve come here. Walked over to the shelf with a staff member and he said yeah we don’t have any. Told me to go to the Priceline at the station. I asked if they can check the system. They said they couldn’t. Absolutely poor customer service no care factor. Employees don’t seem happy and don’t want to be there obviously. A phone call could have gone a long way to the other store instead of brushing me off
