The one saving grace of this visit was stumbling across the clearance section in the protein aisle β€” the discounted items were genuinely well-priced and a great bargain, so credit where it’s due there. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The store was an absolute obstacle course, with boxes scattered throughout the aisles making it difficult to navigate. To make it worse, some of those boxes weren’t even stock β€” they were filled with rubbish, which is just poor housekeeping. Most concerning of all, the emergency exit was completely blocked by boxes, which is not only frustrating but a genuine safety hazard. All in all, I won’t be returning to this particular Chemist Warehouse. With other locations nearby and a Priceline just down the road, there’s really no reason to put up with this. Disappointing

10 April 2026, roughly 10am. Horrible customer service. Pharmacist hating life, no hello or thank you. Then doubled up by the regular rude old lady at the register. No β€˜next please’ or wave, then proceeded to tell me off for not going to her register, plus some hand actions. I asked her what the problem was, she explained she was waiting because she was unsure and customers look at things in the line. Surely a β€˜next please’ or a wave? All too hard for this battler. I hope Chemist Warehouse implements robots soon, a huge upgrade over these miserable people. The old lady is always angry and rude, she makes my day every time I go in. Keep up the good work old lady. I can’t wait to see you next.

I came here today to get my prescription. I was told it was a 15 minute wait. 30 minutes later I still hadn’t received my prescription. I asked and was told it’s 5 more minutes. Then told that they aren’t available as none in stock! V poor! I should have been told earlier than that. I went to 2 others chemist warehouse after and was told straight away it wasn’t available. I think you need to rethink how you do things. Poor customer service. I would give zero stars if I could!

Rarely come here, only drop by after hospital visits, around 2 month gaps. Every time I visit I get my script filled easily and they allow me to take out all repeats with no hassle. Always stocked when I visit, reliable and can't say the same about other pharmacies or chemistwarehouses. Props to the security guard, he doesn't look like you could mess with him and get away with it, felt quite safe with him at the door.

The store manager/ pharmacist Si Kev V is rude and her attitude is absolutely appalling. I was there to get a product exchanged. I talked to the cashier that I wanted to exchange and she was lovely and she said she will call the store manager to assist. When Si Kev V came over, she looked at me and rudely goes 'what do you want?' Anyway she said I have to go to the same store that I originally purchased and refused to exchange at first. I explained I have been to other store and they said I could exchange as long as that particular store has both the products. She then changed and said she will have to call that store first to see if they can do a stock transfer and paused looked at me, as if she was waiting for me to say ok and would just leave. Sure go ahead and call. She came back and said they didn't answer the call, paused again. So? I don't understand why she likes to pause so much and expect the customer to come up with plan B. I said I could wait and she murmured something that I couldn't make out of and just reluctantly ran off to the back. Your internal after-exchange procedures doesn’t concern your customers, just do your job and help them with the exchange. Then I g
