I got consulted by Lanhee in the pharmacy. She was amazing, has great knowledge and explained everything perfectly fine. She is the kindest pharmacist I’ve ever met!

We went to this Chemist Warehouse. The shop was a bit small but the collection of goods they had were sufficient for us. We did our vaccine injection with pharmacist at shop and she had very clear explanation to our questions. She is very pleasant and we had a very good experience. Well done!

Came for a Covid vaccination. The pharmacist Lanhee gave me the vaccination. She was extremely polite and friendly. Despite being very busy and the only pharmacist doing vaccinations, she was attentive and did a great job. Thank you!

Cashier and pharmacy staff were friendly, but floor staff were VERY VERY RUDE. It's like they grew up in a cave, no basic 'please' or 'thank you', a deadpan (almost hostile) expression, extremely low energy, and very dismissive when answering questions. Often I'm met with "We no have!". I understand some don't speak English very well, that's not the problem, and that isn't an excuse for being terribly rude, and loudly complaining about other customers to other staff. Not worth the indignity just to save a couple of dollars. Go elsewhere if you have any self-respect.

Terrible experience here today. Came in for some otc medications and they were out of stock . I have a tote bag that hangs over my shoulder. I open it preemptively for the security guard and he makes a point of stopping me, scrutinizing my bag contents, pulling personal items out (my prescription medication) as though I had stolen these and leaves the box open, scattering the medicine all through my bag. He rifles through my whole bag and pulls out a can of V and aggressively asks me where I got it, not believing that I bought it IGA. By this point, his coworker intervened to ensure him they didn't sell that product. I nearly had a panic attack because of this. I felt targeted, and personally violated by his lack of discretion. No other customer was being treated like this. I can only imagine the police would have been called if I had any item that they happened to sell. This kind of prejudice is NOT OK and causes agoraphobia.
