This place has gone to complete shambles since it was taken over by Chinese management. The place is extremely greedy and will squeeze as much money out your pocket as possible. I came in at 3:40pm assuming their evening rate was $15 after 3pm. It turns out they had changed it to 4pm, but this wasn’t shown at entry or on their ridiculously outdated website which had been down for many months. You only find out when you are leaving, where you are slapped with a maximum parking charge of $59. I had to negotiate like it was a Asian bargain market through the slow intercom just to get the charge reduced. The operator even threatened me and accused me of lying when I mentioned seeing online reviews showing the evening rate started after 3pm including reviews from just two days earlier where people were only charged $15. They claimed they had updated it months ago, but that information was nowhere to be found because their website had been down for so long. After negotiating the operator refused to acknowledge the misleading information and only discounted a fraction of the $59 charge. I’ll be attaching all of the evidence to support everything I’ve said. I want to warn everyone to NEVE

Cinema Centre Car Park is conveniently located in the city and generally offers a reasonable number of parking spaces. However, apart from its parking function, the overall environment leaves much to be desired. The stairwells have a strong urine smell that is quite unpleasant and gives a poor impression of cleanliness. The lighting and general maintenance also feel below average, especially at night when the atmosphere can be uncomfortable. With better cleaning and facility management, this car park could provide a much better experience.

Cheap parking in the middle of the city. But for the love of god fix the elevator and clean the place. Also what’s up with that free concrete section? Just get a bin and get rid of it don’t need to show the whole world how cheap are u. It’s an eye soar. But in general it’s my place to park when I go to the city.

I paid $100 for a small car at the car wash inside this parking lot, which included exterior cleaning, interior cleaning, and waxing. However, I was very disappointed with the result. There were still scratches on the outside, the interior looked like it had not been fully cleaned, and I honestly could not even tell if the waxing had been done. It really feels like a waste of money.

Great value parking! The flat rate makes it really affordable, especially these days when train fares are getting expensive. If you’ve got 2 or more people travelling together, driving and parking here works out to be a much better deal. Convenient location and easy access too – definitely worth it.
