I booked ahead and paid $35 - I went down to every level, there were no spots, and multiple cars jostling for free spots that didn't become available for 15 minutes. I shouldn't have to wait for a spot. I was late to my appointment in the QVB. The green numbers said "11 spots this way". Their software is deficient and customer experience is woeful and appalling.

The Valet team here are just so lovely. Always smiling and they remember you by face and the last time you were there. Eg. By yourself today? Not with your Parents today? Not with your friend today? Not with your partner today? …..literally every single time. Exactly referencing the last time you there. I don’t know why I have never bothered to write a review for them before until I saw this recommendation to review pop up. Thank you so much for this Valet parking team. That deep freeze aircon waiting room has saved me during many summers. Literally the best in Sydney.

It's cheaper to drive up than to prepay so don't do it. They charge $29 an hour drive up per hour no pre pay $35 an hour incl transaction fees. Prepaid????? I used less than 30 mins @$15 on the board inside. Spoke to customer service for a whopping 20 minutes with no results or assistance. I wanted to only be charged for what I was used - nope can't help you. The lady at the pay station, and the customer service line were totally unhelpful. At least the phone agent was nicer and more polite than the pay station attendee. I've had to submit a very field heavy form on the website and waiting to hear back. I suspect a lot of people give up with the time spent trying to get a complaint resolved or money back for the companies benefit. ACCC complaints anyone? Unfair charges and lengthy refund processes.

Easy booking online. However, as with all their parking stations, a spot is never guaranteed ( in the small print) even though you pay ahead, so arrive asap. Convenient position in the city for most mid city venues.

$15 for Thursday to Sunday evenings, but $8 if you book ahead! Very good price for its location (heart of the city) However, space is a little tight, and you may need to drive a couple floors down to find parking. The lifts also take a very long time when you’re exiting the car park (I think it’s because it’s very busy). So please plan ahead with these in mind! It’s otherwise a very clean car park with clear signs and amazing price.
