The cashier girl clearly hates her job. It’s honestly sad to see how upset and miserable she looks when all she has to do is scan the items. She’s the one wearing glasses who always looks upset you probably know who I’m talking about. Her language isn’t the problem it’s her attitude. If you’re that unhappy at your job, maybe it’s not the right job for you. Customer service is about treating people with respect, and a friendlier attitude would make a much better experience for everyone.

The male staff member at the steamed bun counter had a terrible, unfriendly attitude. I would never go back. I'm paying for the buns, not begging for them, so they should reconsider their attitude. If they continue doing business like this, they won't have any customers.πŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘Ž

Very disappointed with the customer service I received at CitiSuper. While shopping, I asked an employee named Vivian for help finding an item. She was having a loud conversation with another staff member and looked annoyed when I approached her. Instead of assisting me, she simply pointed in a general direction and immediately continued her conversation. Later, when I went to the checkout, Vivian was the one scanning my items. Throughout the transaction, she continued talking to the other employee and paid very little attention to me. She did not greet me, say hello, or acknowledge me as a customer. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. I understand that staff can chat with colleagues during quieter moments, but customer service should come first. A simple greeting and a willingness to help would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, this experience left me with a very negative impression of the store.

Great steamed buns and hot food on the side of the supermarket. We come to the city just for these. Reasonably priced and always freshly made

A variety of Asian goods can be found here! More than just the snacks pictured. There is a whole range of savoury foods, as well as drinks, sauces and anything you could dream of. The prices are also much better compared to the major supermarkets. Definitely recommend checking out.
