I was worried about the negative reviews here but when I went in for my day procedure the staff were kind, funny, prompt and the anaesthetic nurse I had was very experienced which made me feel safe. Receptionist knew her shit. The young nurses were thorough and helpful. The anaesthesiologist Dr Yong was awesome. Dr Listjono was heavy duty. (The music in theatre needed to be louder next time, doc!) Thank you all for everything. Discharge was quick and to be honest I loved that. Why should I wait around when I’m ready to go home. I love the prompt service. Would recommend this day hospital to anyone.

Overall we had a good experience here. I was very nervous after reading reviews and didn’t know what to expect. My 3 yr old daughter had dental surgery and the only thing I’d point out is that only one parent can stay with them in recovery not both, that’s just there standard practice apparently. Nursing staffs attitude did take a sudden shift heading towards closing time I won’t deny that. Overall our experience was good there and not a negative one for my little girl apart from waking up and mummy wasn’t there straight away. I was called in after she woke up. Everything went as smoothly as it could have overall

The overall experince was very good. Everyone was so accommodating and the area is really clean and I like it that there are signages and posters all around to help you navigate the hospital. Also, I like it that there is a parking area where your carer can park a max of 20 mins for drop-off and pick up easing the stress of looking for parking outside and the leaving the patient behind. Finally, I felt the TLC post-op when I was offered sandwhich and coffee of ny choice with a bonus cookie. Highly recommended 😊😊😊

Disappointed with the nursing staff. My 12-year-old was clearly anxious before surgery, yet there was minimal support. Post-surgery, there was hesitation to provide anti-nausea medication, and it felt influenced by staff wanting to finish at 5pm as it would have required them to stay longer. For the price paid, I expected much better care. Would not recommend. Will be lodging a formal complaint

I was at the hospital for my colonoscopy and endoscopy on 10th Nov 2025. My admission paperwork was done very quickly with minimum of fuss. The lady handling my paper was very friendly, approachable and efficient. I was called into the surgery very promptly and all the nurses are all aware of my condition and did all the checks before my procedure . The recovery process was handled professionally by the post operative team . I was given a choice of sandwiches and hot drink while I waited for my doctor to come and discuss the outcome of my procedure.. I was given the appropriate post surgery instructions before I left the hospital. They contacted my wife to meet me outside the operating theatre. Overall a very stress free and pleasant experience.
