!!Very disappointing experience!! I visited this store this morning and spent around $87 on groceries. I didn’t have any coins with me, so I politely asked if I could borrow a trolley to take my shopping to my car. The staff member asked the manager, but the manager simply said, “No.” I had to carry all of my shopping by myself. To make matters worse, one of the shopping bags ripped on the way to my car because it was too heavy, making the whole experience even more difficult. I have a photo of the torn bag. I understand stores have policies, but showing a little compassion and helping a customer who has just spent nearly $90 would have made a huge difference. Instead, I was left struggling with heavy bags all the way to my car. I hope the store reviews its approach to customer service so other customers don’t have the same experience.

The Click and collect service is not working. Been waiting for ages. The mobile number in the order just goes to voicemail and the store number rings out. Have used it at Merrylands Coles and it was fine. Not sure what to do

Hi, This morning I visited Coles Parramatta regarding a refund, and although the situation was a bit frustrating, I would like to sincerely appreciate Anu from the checkout team. She assisted me without any hesitation and handled the situation professionally, even though it was not an easy one. Her calm attitude and willingness to help truly made a difference to my experience. Thank you, Anu, for going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Coles Parramatta is honestly one of the best supermarkets I’ve shopped at. The store is always clean, well organised, and fully stocked, which makes grocery shopping quick and stress-free. The fresh produce section is impressive, and everything looks high quality and neatly displayed. The staff are friendly and helpful but not as much as you get in Woolies, although during busy times the checkout process moves smoothly. It’s in a super convenient location, and you can usually find everything you need in one trip. Definitely my go-to Coles in the area!

Okay this was my second online order with Cole’s in 2 years and will be my last . So I put my order through online and had a range of mainly fresh veggies and with a few extras , so my order came to around $75 and once order was done just had to wait around 2 hours and they used Uber to collect and deliver . So delivery arrived which was all fine but once the shopping was unpacked and put out on my kitchen bench I noticed that there were items I ordered that I didn’t get and there were other items that I ordered and I didn’t get the right amount of quantity for what I ordered, and then I got items that I didn’t even order but were there . So I called customer service and straight away the women said I was lucky that I was given items that I didn’t pay for and even more happy to get extra items I didn’t pay for also . I explained how I ordered 1 green capsicum and one red capsicum, but I got one red capsicum and two green capsicum , I ordered two red onions one red onion, I ordered two bags of premade family ranch salad but never got it but I did get three bags of Asian stirfry mix , I ordered for tomatoes and I got three of those three. They were all super soft and gooey to me. I w
