Convenient and usually well stocked but why are the staff so rude? Specifically the short female staff with glasses, not expecting my feet to be kissed but just some decency

Well stocked. Reasonably priced. Neatly arranged. But pick packed fruit trays cautiously. You may not find the date of packing on them and, on two occasions in a week, found almost rotten strawberries. Well compensated by caring staff.

Convenient location in the business area of Parramatta. Parking would be impossible, but it was convenient to the ferry. They had a good range of sandwiches and slightly expensive sushi, and a limited range of fresh fruit. Good range of boutique-ish snacks (pate, nicer cheeses etc)

Scamming customers. Items not scanning as priced on shelves. When raised to staffs attention they don't bother to do anything about it, seems to be standard practice ripping off customers.

Great selection of products, good prices, plenty of fresh meats, nice precooked foods, and freshly made sushi. However a few staff are with poor training and have no common sense, arrogant and don't have any idea how the price tags work. The tag on 1kg bag of red onions says "any 2 for $4, or 1 for $2.40" but when checking out with only one bag of onions, the machine showed $4, asked the staff there (a Filipino lady I guess) to fix it, she argued arrogantly that "$4 for 2 bags, and if you buy 1 bag of onions it would also be $4. Not sure which school she has learnt mathematics from but it didn't make sense. She should be trained on how to serve the customers properly and not telling the customers that they are wrong when the customer was 100% right in this case. I would suggest Woolworths to train the management of Woolworths George street as well as the staff members on how to read the price tags, and also to give the customers the incorrect priced items for free like all of other Woolworths stores would do. This store has prices on the tags not matching the prices on the machine a few times (happened to me before, I guess it has happened to others as well) and they never give th

I really like this store and staff its very convenient but the produce is just not up to standard with the normal size Woolworths. First time all my potatoes were green upon peeling them , second time my onion half rotted and the carrots were limp . I don’t know how a brand new store can’t get the fruit and veggie standards right . Every other daily food / salad / sushi is made so fresh and checked daily and discounted if going off why can’t you be as vigilant with the non refrigerated fruit and vegetable produce in store .

Newly opened in George Street Parramatta. Well stocked and a great collection of daily consumables. Fruits, vegetables, greens, meat, fish, egg options aplenty. Dairy product varieties available. Well organized and displayed. It's about 5 minutes walking distance from Parramatta ferry wharf.
