New coins coming out today. Normally we bought something and we got the changes in new coins. It was the same practice for so many years. Today the staff member said we could only get 1 if we spent $10.over $10 would get 2. There is nothing displayed and mentioned about the restriction anywhere in the store. They make up their own rules to make customers spend more. This is disgusting and ridiculous. Even there is no such thing mentioned online. Very unhappy with their greediness. I am not able to do another so that I edited my previous review, if I can rate, I will put a big fat 0 rating. Today, 4 days after my first review, I went shopping at Woolies Westfield Parramatta again early in the morning. I wanted to buy some soft pork bones, the price on the yellow ticket was $5/kg with a 40% off discount on top of the ticket. I asked for a kg but the lady charged me $5 a kg without 40% off. The manager came. He was so rude. He said that I didnt read it properly and because of my mistake and i made it their mistake. He even didnt want to admit for their mistake or misleading their customers. As customers, all we saw is the big fat $5 and the 40% off... we didnt know how many kinds of

One of the staffs wearing a hijab was so rude to me and the other customers. I didn’t get her name but she was very mean and loud and made my experience horrible. Need better customer service.

Visited on Saturday, 16 May around lunchtime and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Several items were priced differently at checkout compared to the shelf labels. Out of the 10 items I purchased, 3 were incorrectly charged. It took nearly 10 minutes for staff to verify the prices, and instead of resolving the issue smoothly, there were arguments with customers. The system was clearly not reflecting the correct pricing, yet customers were asked to go back and take photos to prove the discrepancy. The staff appeared overwhelmed and exhausted, which may have contributed to the situation, but overall the experience was frustrating. I won’t be returning.

Good place to shop but once in a while now because everything has become very expensive. No longer buying veggies there and buy only few items like biscuits or tofu when they are half price. For rest of groceries and veggies going to Aldi on the same floor

I have recently moved to Parramatta and i have been in this Woolworths 3 times and as always I am having real bad rime to find any baskets to buy my groceries and today i walked around and saw the employees completly standby but they didn't even bother to help me to find the basket neither they brought those baskets from the self checkout area to the entrance which was really disappointing and frustrating. Please either arrange some more baskets so the employees can have rest whenever they want and not to bother bringing those vaskets from check out area to the entrance or get your employment right because this is not what Woolworths I know. I have attached the photos and the videos as proof of my wording.
