One of the staff was rude and didn't fully understand how to use the apps for queueing. She provided incorrect information and instead of apologizing she spoke rudely to me. In my 20+years with CBA, this is the only branch with bad attitude staff I ever encounter. Commonwealth Bank, you might want to consider your recruitment procedure and training on customer service and how to familiar with your own apps.

I had a frustrating experience trying to resolve a Transport NSW transaction dispute through CBA’s contact centre, dispute team, and arbitration team, with little clarity or progress. Finally visited the CBA George & Market Street branch in Sydney and met the branch manager, Tahoura Farajollahi. She immediately understood the issue, reviewed all my documentation, and took full ownership of the matter. She followed up internally, kept me updated throughout, and ultimately helped get my money back. Really appreciate her professionalism and customer-focused approach. Thank you, Tahoura!

10000 AUD a month limit withdrawal to known digital asset exchanges. Thats like nothing in USD or EUR. What an aggressive deliberate restriction on people’s liberties and ability to invest. Shame on you CBA.
