Had a lovely shopping experience at COS on Martin Place. The clothes are beautiful, but what stood out for me was the helpfulness of the staff. Katie helped me while in the changing room, finding new sizes and whisking things away when I was done with them. She made the process fun rather than daunting. Shout out also to Travis, who was friendly and supportive. I went home with two bags of nice things!

Danya was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my visit. She gave thoughtful styling suggestions and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. I especially loved the jeans she recommended—they fit perfectly and suited my style so well. She made the whole shopping experience so enjoyable. Amazing service overall, I’ll definitely be coming back 😊

Had such a great experience shopping at COS Martin Place today! Travis & Taryn were absolutely wonderful—so friendly & genuinely helpful. They both have a fantastic eye for style and gave me some really thoughtful suggestions that I wouldn’t have picked on my own (but loved!). It made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Dropped into COS on my lunch break today and was met with such a lovely atmosphere! The clothes looked beautiful and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was assisted by a smiley British gentleman who made the whole process of buying for my daughter effortless. Such a refreshing, professional experience.
