Really unimpressed with the staff. Too busy having conversations with each other than attending to customers waiting to be served / wanting change rooms. No wonder people are moving to online shopping. Very disappointed.

I visited today (2 June at around 3pm). Two of the Asian female staff members were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to check the stock availability for me. Unfortunately, one female staff member with a long ponytail was not as helpful. Although the item was showing as available online at this store, she appeared unwilling to check the stock properly and only looked through the clothing rack before telling me it was unavailable. Customer service and work ethic are important, and I was disappointed by the inconsistency in service compared with the other staff members who were so willing to assist.

The worst customer service ever. Asked for assistant from one of the lady who were free and chatting her colleagues, she told me to look for the size i want n told me to check for yourself. The management should consider to look into your staff training. Wont go back.

NEVER AGAIN! Went to the trouble of walking in, found some pants, waited in line to try them on, then proceeded to wait in line to purchase and then...." sorry Sir, we're out of paper bags, you can either carry the pants around the city in your hands or purchase a $5 bag " π€£. Ummmm....nfw, keep the pants and cya ! Then, I walk into their other city store and its a repeat although now its " sorry Sir, we no longer offer paper bags, it's only the $5 option" π Shared this with a few friends in retail and they also found it just as pathetic and ridiculous. Cotton On, you've lost numerous customers for life. Hope your bag ploy was worth the cost.

I came to the store with a gift card I had previously purchased. The people I gave it to were unable to use it because the cashier said the card wasn't working. I returned to the same store to find out why the card wasn't functioning. The manager began explaining how to correctly enter the card's numbers to make it work. It's clear that the cashier, not the customer, should be entering the card details. It was impossible to get a refund for the card, and we had to pay for the items out of our own pockets because the cashier couldn't process the card. The manager started instructing me and blaming me for the card not working, even though it's the cashier's responsibility. When I asked why I was being trained, I was ignored, and then they started yelling at me, saying they couldn't refund the money. I tried to defend myself by raising my voice, and in response, I was accused of being rude, which left me feeling helpless and portrayed me as a beggar. This was very poor service. The staff is untrained, and I will no longer be purchasing gift cards from this store. Today, I had to look for another store to use the card, spending a lot of time and energy. I am not sure if the cashier a
