Always a great customer experience when I’m at the Chatswood Westfield store. The team are always friendly and happy to help. Definitely my favourite CR store to visit on the Lower North Shore.

Love the brand but had the strangest product return experience in store. The retail asst assumed that the sweater was washed as it feels damp even if it smells like factory/shop (from the packaging paper and plastic most likely feels cold but not damp). Asked abt timing of refund and said 'I don't know' (good thing her colleague came to the rescue!).

The store was virtually empty when I walked in 3 weeks ago . If I could give them a third of a star , I would . Two boring women behind the desk with a customer , and a teen fluttering around the store with no purpose , ignoring me it seemed , all the way deliberately . Until I asked about a specific style in stock . I’ve worked in luxury retail and fashion for many years and also managed stores . The 3 staff at this store in Country Road Chatswood Westfield demonstrated the best examples of : 1) zero emotional intelligence 2) zero personality 3) zero skills in customer service and no ambition whatsoever to upsell or sell 4) RUDE with a disgusting attitude No wonder the store was absolutely empty with zero ambience. Good luck making budget.

Very nice staff. I arrived at 6 PM on 8 Dec. The shop was closed already. I knocked the window to ask a male staff member if he could let me in for click and collect. He has kindly done so. The whole click and collect was smooth and efficient. Thank you to that male staff member; otherwise I would need to visit the shop another time. Amazing customer service- thank you!

Fantastic Country Road store - friendly and knowledgeable service, I had a great experience here. I had to buy a suit and had been wandering around Chatswood Westfield without much luck. I walked into this store and Kelly gave me fantastic support. She assisted me with selecting something whilst offering genuinely helpful advice. I ended up with a suit that I love and had a really great customer service experience in the meantime, it was really refreshing. Thank you Kelly and the CR Westfield team.
