My stay at Crowne Plaza Darling Harbour Sydney was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Their professionalism and kindness made all the difference. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of fresh, delicious options to suit every taste. It was the perfect way to start each day. What impressed me most was the generosity and attention to detail shown by the entire team. Every interaction was met with a smile, and nothing was too much trouble. Guest satisfaction is their top priority. I highly recommend Sydney Crowne Plaza at Darling Harbourto anyone looking for excellent service, comfortable accommodation, and a memorable experience. I look forward to staying here again! I had a fantastic stay at Crowne Plaza Darling Harbour. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore Sydney. The breakfast was an easy 10/10, with a great variety of fresh, delicious options. The standout for me was the Bircher muesli—absolutely exceptional and one of the best I’ve had! What truly made the experience memorable, though, was the people. From the General Manager to the front office team and every staff member we passed, everyone was genuinely warm, welcoming, and always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Exceptional hospitality, outstanding service, and a prime location. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sydney.

Everything about our stay here was excellent. The hotel is clean, quiet, and welcoming. The front desk step were kind and helpful (even apologetic about not having our room available at 9AM, which we were not expecting). They sent an email notification when our room was read and stored luggage while we were out exploring Sydney. They gave us a map and highlighted a good walking route for the day. Our room was spacious and spotless. I also appreciated that the whole hotel was scent free - which was huge for me as a scent sensitive person. The in room heating/cooling worked perfectly and was super responsive. Each floor had a water bottle filling station, which we appreciated as well. We loved the location - close walk to darling harbour, shops near the QVB and Town Hall, good eats in Chinatown, and good access to public transit. Honestly, we were happy with pretty much everything. Would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat - highly recommend!
