Decent enough place, but the room smelled like a freshly peeled bandaid and the bed had all the comfort of a concrete footpath. The tiling was a real work of modern art and the toilet seat had a vendetta against me, the homeless bloke outside looked like he got a better night's sleep than I did.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Biddya and Jensen were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit. They always went above and beyond to assist us and made us feel truly welcome. Their excellent service made our experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel, especially because of the outstanding hospitality provided by Biddya and Jensen. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

We stayed here two times during our visit to Australia. The first visit was perfect, great room and no complaints. However, our second visit was rough as our “first” room was without A/C and it was very warm and humid. They were able to move us the next day, but this second room had a very loud mechanical noise every 10 minutes that lasted all night (Room 105 = avoid!) that could be heard even with noise cancelling earbuds. Service members were always very nice and the location is great, but we truly struggled on our second visit.
