My wife and I came into the store on Saturday to purchase quite a few items from the Key street label. We were met with the best service from a delightful staff member Monica, she was so helpful amd made my purchase an enjoyable experience.... we will definitely be coming back for more items soon

I would rate it 0 if I could, bad customer service. very rude staff, that red haired woman and another black or brown haired girl who was honestly so unhelpful and seemed unhappy for customer's request. I was buying a hat for my collection, one girl I have asked if I could have another one of their stock as the sticker was peeling off, she peeled it off and said that it is supposed to come out anyway refuses to get me another one. Why do you have a say on what the customer wants to do with the hat? If you hate your job, go somewhere else.

I am totally coming back to the store. I had a wonderful help by this wonderful person. I believe her name Is Nicole she is absolutely 100% professional with everything she does and I absolutely love her vibe I will be coming back to the store when I come back to visit Australia. She was so polite and she also helped me find what I was looking for. I give her brownie points.

Today we went to the store for my sons make a wish, the store was not expecting him but made his experience OUT OF THIS WORLD !!! Massive shout out to the best sales assistant I’ve ever had, G. She was so super fantastic, professional ,friendly and just gave my son a shopping experience he will never forget. The general manager was also AMAZING !!!! Going above and beyond our wildest dreams to make his make a wish day the best experience ever. This was not a pre organised event, and they did everything they could to make it memorable for him. What a store full of super amazing staff.

I recently stopped by the Culture Kings store and was instantly impressed by the atmosphere and overall presentation. The space is sleek and contemporary, with an incredible range of premium caps, streetwear apparel, sneakers, and accessories displayed beautifully and easy to explore. If you’re into streetwear and appreciate exceptional customer service, this store is definitely worth a visit. I’ll be returning for sure!
