I had to leave a review for the incredible service we received from GG/DJ at the Culture Kings George Street store in Sydney. We originally walked in just looking for a pair of shoes and walked out having spent over $800—and that was entirely because of the outstanding customer service we received. GG/DJ went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. He was genuinely friendly, approachable and made the whole experience so much fun. Shopping with two teenage daughters isn't always easy, but he was an absolute diva with them in the best possible way! He gave honest compliments, but was also honest enough to tell them when something didn't suit them, before helping them find something that did. That kind of genuine advice is so refreshing and builds real trust. He searched high and low for the right sizes, made fantastic recommendations, suggested products we hadn't even considered, and somehow managed to juggle helping other customers while always coming back to check on us. We never felt forgotten. His product knowledge, honesty, personality and ability to upsell without ever being pushy were honestly second to none. Koray was an absolute legend. Throughout my experience in the store he was always kind, polite, and never got annoyed whenever he had to go into the back of the store to look for different sizes. His efforts should be recognised and rewarded. Without his help I most likely wouldn’t have bought anything, showing how he is a gun for the store.

Asked if they had a new Dr doom green jumper in stock. Guy went looking for the jumper. I waited 10 minutes to find him serving someone else and telling me he couldn’t find it But doesn’t bother to tell me while I was waiting Trash customer Service. I’ve bought here before but not buying again. Might as well buy online. Waste of money having people standing around Not helping customers 225pm 20/6/26

I recently purchased a jacket from Culture Kings Australia, but upon arrival, I noticed that some threads were not properly stitched, indicating a manufacturing defect. Despite contacting customer service promptly and providing evidence of the issue, I was informed that this was considered a normal warranty matter and was only offered a $20 voucher. Given that the jacket was unworn and faulty upon delivery, I expected a full refund or replacement, in line with Australian Consumer Law. This experience has left me disappointed with Culture Kings' quality control and customer service.

Poor customer service, interacted with couple of folks neither of them was willing to provide a solution or take time to convince/ explain the policy to me. Apparently i was told they price match to online stores with physical stores in Australia. However, both salesman refused to price match Culture Kings own online price for the products. Kinda joke.
