I have been coming to this location for almost two years to pick up Uber delivery orders, and during that time I have interacted with most members of the team. Unfortunately, today I had a very disappointing experience. Today, a staff member asked for my ID and I showed him a digital copy of my passport. He refused to accept it. What makes this situation confusing is that a few months ago another staff member asked for my ID and accepted the exact same digital document without any issue. This kind of inconsistency is frustrating. In nearly two years of picking up orders from this location, I have only been asked for ID twice, and today was the only time an order was refused. Delivery drivers already work under challenging conditions and often earn well below average income. The least we expect is to be treated with professionalism and for store policies to be applied consistently by all staff members. If digital identification is not accepted, that policy should be clearly communicated and applied consistently by everyone. Otherwise, it creates confusion and unnecessary problems for drivers who are simply trying to do their job. I strongly recommend that management review thei

my online delivery order was assigned to this stop. but delivery was cancelled, and this shop did not notify me, and did not arrange a second uber. I contacted the service team online, they booked a second try for me, but delivery was cancelled again next day, and still this shop did not contact me until I find out it's not delivered. something is wrong with this shop.

Normally when I come here it's always great service but yesterday was not the case, went to get a drink in honor of someone's bday who passed away 2 years ago, I bought one can of beer cause I had work today and didn't wanna have to much to drink. The blonde girl who was serving me was good until the end, when I said thank you she didn't say you're welcome or tell me to have a good day, she just gave me a dirty look that looked like she was gonna say "get out of the store". If I ever still choose to come back here, I would prefer to be served by another staff member, otherwise I will not come back

I think the prices and range are great. i just... it really genuinely always smells of vomit. And if you're on foot it really takes an eternity to get down there on ramps and through the carpark. and the whole time the smell of vomit gets worse and worse lol. kind of puts you in the hangover phase before you've even bought the booze. anyway other than that good store.

Brilliant range. The staff went out of their way to make sure we got what we wanted. Well merchandised store. Clean and well lit. Big chainstore store but run like your corner wine store (and cheaper top). I’m impressed. We weren’t happy with our first gin purchase so they refunded our money and we paid the difference to get this one - which we are super impressed with. Bravo πŸ‘
