23 July 2025 Dallas ( Store Manager ) is very helpful as always. Reason for me to always buy from this store at this location within the Westfield shopping centre. Dallas has Good Customer Services and knowledgeable in wines. The existing shop space is reasonable with its displays and layout / circulation space easy to search for what we want. Good collection of alcohol, wines etc... Great shop location of liquor-land, as it is easy parking and very convenient as Coles and other retail shops are right next to each other. I do constantly purchase my alcohol from this shop.

I noticed that the price on the shelf was different from what I was paying tonight but I thought I maybe made a mistake. When I got home and checked the website, bingo! I was well overcharged for a bottle of wine but the store is far from my house so I didn't bother. I do think the guy did it on purpose though.

What a horrible experience. I went in after work to grab myself something to drink that Sunday night to unwind and had my 16yr old daughter with me and the store clerk berated my daughter to show her ID. She was told she had to leave the store and was left feeling humiliated and like a criminal. I wasn’t happy with this incident so called and spoke with the manager who had the same disgusting assumption that because I was buying lolly water ( I’m just that kind of drinker) that I must have been supplying my child and said it is the law to refuse sale if suspected to supply a minor with alcohol. Well read up on NSW law, it is legal for a parent to provide a minor with alcohol on a private premises. Obviously I’m not giving my child alcohol and especially on a Sunday night before the school week but this store needs to brush up on their authority as the power trip got way too carried away. My poor child was left so upset and for no real reasonable reason. We won’t be back to this child hating shop as they’re not even bright enough to know what their legal obligation actually is. Pretty sure embarrassing teenage girl’s accompanied by their mothers is not it.

Got some good De Bortoli 8 year old port here that I haven't seen in other bottle shops outside the city.

Very rude staff. Make fun of people using Coles docket. Who says so rudely you need to leave the store if you don't have Id.
