Today around 7:30pm the service was terrible. The employee working there was extremely rude and acted in a very inappropriate and uncomfortable way towards women. Completely unprofessional attitude and no respect for customers at all. If someone doesn’t know how to behave with people, they shouldn’t be working in customer service. Very bad experience.

Do not order express delivery from liquorland , an absolute nightmare! 3rd time of no show delivery and hours on the phone to try and resolve multiple issues! So unprofessional .

Whoever work today night (Sunday 14th September 2025 around 7pm), youre amazing! I was scanning the walls for some Passoa, he come and asked if he can helped me. He was genuinely happy to offer assistance, he help look and even checking the system for other store stock. I had a list on my phone bcs i was stocking up my home bar, he right away asked what im looking for next. I asked for his suggestion on tequila and we had fun talking about some bottles. He told me he was hooked on 1800 coconut which wasnt on my list but i got it anyway and safe to say, it is now one of my top 3 must have! Thank you! I hope I can be helped by you again next time!

Really weird and passive aggressive man working there with long hair. Approached us with an invasive and rude attitude. Definitely will be going to Dan Murphys on the floor beneath them, even if they’re more expensive.
