I had a great experience at the Shai. Shai was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and informed throughout my appointment. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the clinic was clean and well-organised. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable dentist.

I've been seeing Shai at the Dental Lounge for around 20 years. In that time, Shai has always provided exemplary service and care along with a superior skill set catering to all of my dental needs. I cannot recommend Shai and all the staff at the Dental Lounge highly enough. Basil.

My experience was very good . The surgeons and all the staff here are caring and compassionate. My only concern was pain with the surgery and they reassured me there no pain and they were correct I had no pain at all . I have my final all on 4 in now and love them turned my life around. A huge thank you to the whole team from the front desk to the surgeons . Mark, Jack , Amy and Maddison whom Iooked after me mostly. A huge thank you very much. I would highly recommend for any dental treatment. The staff on the front desk made me feel comfortable from the get go .

I’ve been a patient of Dental Lounge for over twenty (20) years now. During that time, I spent time overseas for work and occasionally had to seek unexpected dental care. Each time it reminded me of how professional, competent, friendly and caring the team at Dental Lounge are; particularly Shai who has cared for me over the past ten (10) years. Today, I had the most fantastic treatment - could not speak more highly of Shai, her assistant, and the team at Reception.
