I’ve been going to this team for five years now to get my film developed and no joke today I think I got my digital copies back within the hour!! Always super friendly to chat to and super knowledgeable! They’re always making sure I get a good deal on film prices and if there’s any issues a quick phone call solves it in 5 mins!! Couldn’t recommend the store enough for your film developing needs 🙏

I had a great experience dealing with the Bondi store. I had to upgrade my LUMIX camera for a fast turnaround shoot. Despite the higher end LUMIX cameras not available at every other camera store, DigiDirect Bondi had everything I needed including lenses. The staff were so helpful and prompt too. Shout out to Mark. Made it easy!

I called digiDirect Bondi recently hoping to find a suitable second-hand Olympus camera, and had the good fortune of having Zohar on the other end of the call. He was more than happy to explain the differences between the available camera bodies and lenses and ship a couple to the store so I could have a closer look in person a few days later. In-store, he was really friendly, patient, and knowledgeable (as an Olympus user himself) as I dithered over all the choices I could make. Unfortunately, after I brought the camera home, the plastic door latch broke off- a common and unpredictable fault in the EM-5 MkII cameras in that line. I called the store again and Zohar came in clutch! He was happy to work with me- allowing me to bring the camera in and offering me the option of having the battery door replaced at no cost, or to top up for a different model at a discount. Afterwards, he was happy to entertain my curiosity about the new Fujifilm and Leica cameras, even though it was clear I had no intention of buying them. I left the store happy that day with an almost-mint OM-D EM-5 MkIII (only 5878 shutter actuations!) and the kit lens (a 14-42mm pancake) for a screaming deal.
