We had a problem with Digi and a big doubt that we really needed to resolve. The day before coming to the store, we randomly met Alfred Liu in another shop, wearing his Digi uniform. Even though he was not at his workplace at that moment and it was his own time, he was incredibly kind and professional. He listened to us, explained everything calmly, helped us as much as he could, and kindly suggested that we come to the Digi store the next day so he could assist us properly. Today we came to the store, and Alfred has been helping us solve the issue with great patience, professionalism, and a genuinely positive attitude. His willingness to help, his friendliness, and the way he treats customers are truly something to value. Excellent customer service and a great example of how things should be done.
