Shops in Australia display fixed prices that include GST, and consumer law gives you the right to a repair, replacement or refund when goods are faulty, so keep the receipt. Larger stores post their returns policy at the counter; independent shops set their own terms, so ask before buying if you are unsure. Most retailers accept tap-to-pay, and many now charge a small card surcharge.
Opening hours are published for 2 days a week. The most common schedule is 9:30 am–9 pm. Hours in Australia do change around public holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. Ok i went into the shops a few days ago i loved the dresses but the staff were very rude and i was trying to look for a dress i asked for help i said could you help me find the dress one of the sales person said it was at the front i had a look she looked confused and then said i don’t know so i had to try and find it myself once i found it because i was previously in the change room trying on outfits before i was looking for the next dress they didn’t even help me look for it the saleswomen accused me of taking out the security tag on the dress which i said i didn’t take it out it was already on the floor but it was clearly on the dress when she showed me and then ask to open my bag and check it but didn’t check anyone else before i went in the change room i felt disrespected and targeted i couldn’t even get a dress that i liked and i left there because i didn’t get treated right and i stormed out couldn’t even care less about giving back the dress i tried on in the next change room all i will say is they got good clothes but not good customer service support or respect so i recommend you don’t go in there because they seem really rude especially the manager

Very disappointing experience. The staff were rude, seemed angry, and showed no interest in helping customers. I felt ignored and unwelcome during my visit. Good customer service costs nothing, but unfortunately it was completely lacking here. I would not recommend this store based on my experience.

Disappointed with the customer service today, particularly from Maddie. My young daughter purchased a pair of black pants 7 days ago that were not fit for purpose. We returned to the store with the receipt, tags still attached, and the item in perfect condition, expecting a straightforward refund. Instead, we were refused a refund and only offered a store credit valid for 6 months. This is not acceptable. Under Australian Consumer Law, if a product is not fit for purpose or fails to meet acceptable quality standards, customers are entitled to a refund, not just a store credit. It would be more transparent if the store clearly advised customers at the time of purchase that they do not honour these consumer guarantees. This experience was disappointing, especially for a young customer, and could have been handled much better.

It was the wort experienced thing I have heard my daughter and my wife went to the store my wife tried on a top and she was like oh my god this is very pretty so they bought it with my daughter for $40 and then they went to another store and saw something better so they came back to dolly girl and my wife said I want to give this back and they just said we don’t refunds we only do exchange and my daughter stepped in and said just to confirm you don’t do refunds and you only do exchange they said yes and my daughter said why didn’t you tell us that when we were buying it and the salesperson said why don’t you think before you speak to a 10 year old girl and my daughter just asked something politely so that gutted her feelings and they said that there is the instructions in this paper and it was literally behind the clothes you couldn’t even see it and my daughter cried so my wife said why don’t you speak politely with a kid and she was like I am sorry I am sooo tired and busy. Wort customer service
