This car park experienced significant grid lock, bringing out the worst in human behaviour. It is terribly designed. But the greatest failure comes from Wilson who failed to act when asked to contact the police for the safety of car park users. Not only did they allow a civilian to direct traffic for over half an hour, they were reliant on this random stranger to make the car park usable and allow people to leave. Waiting for OVER 30mins to get out is unacceptable. Failing to have staff on site to manage is a failure. Failing to call to police when told to do so for patrons safety is a risk to society.

We are not able to get out of the car park, no one there to call upon for help. Cars at a standstill for 20 mins.

Be very leary about this carpark. They can change the prices in an instant all digitally. I parked for 58 minutes. The physical sign says 0-1 hr is $3. The machine upon exit had $14 . I buzzed the intercom, and the lady played dumb saying thats the cost pay up. She then said ill make it 8 dollars only . And I said no your signage says $3. Do I have to send you a photo. Then all of a sudden the gate opened and i drove away a free man. And i scored a free park. Dont let these people fool you. Always always check the price.

Stuck in traffic since 8pm. 18/04/2026. Took a few others and I to clear traffic for 45mins before an attendant came. Designed horribly so cars going up will block cars going down leading to a deadlock where nobody can move. Required 5 coordinated people to clear up to level 2 in 1hr. Level 3 by 1hr 30 mark... Horrendous design.

Well lit, easy to find parking in the heart of Parramatta. Ample parking spaces available. Older parking facility. Sometimes unclean. Needs better painting and signposting. Does not accept phone payments so need cash or credit cards. However you'll find banks in and around the corner to withdraw cash to pay. Pricing is very reasonable. Overall good experience.
