I was served by a gentleman named Fadie, who has curly hair and was working at the counter. I found his behaviour to be rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. I attended with my daughter and was simply trying to pay for a class, however he refused to assist me and did not allow us to enter. I was very disappointed by the way we were treated. As a customer, I expected to be treated with courtesy and respect, especially while attending with my child. Instead ge was arguing and did not come up with a positive outcome. I have attended swim school so many times and not once have I been treated like this. I would appreciate this matter being investigated.

For a new pool not that good .parking first 2 hours free Then $3.00 a hour. Asked the staff about the parking They don't know. What about a family day. Not good.

Definitely a bonus to have in the area! Lots of different areas and even on a busy hot morning it wasn't too difficult to find a spot to enjoy. Car park is smallish (given we went on a hot busy day), but I definitely appreciate how easy the automated system was (also got 2 hours free parking which was more than enough for a toddler & probably also swimming lessons when we start).

24/072024 Edit: I'm not sure why the spa/sauna area is so highly regulated. If you pay extra, you get 30 minutes in the spa and the staff here really police the time limit. I was really uncomfortable when a stranger in the spa with me was repeatedly asked to leave by a staff member in an aggressive tone. The man explained that he didn't know the rules and from my perspective, he wasn't offending or harming anyone. There's no visible signage or information about the hot tub thing, so I don't blame this stranger for not knowing these ridiculous rules. (First review) The gating has been designed by an over-ambitiously foolish team who didn't consider the needs of older members of our community or people with disabilities. I'm in my 30s and entering as a casual swimmer is an ordeal of using my phone for a single-day visit. I'm unsure why I can't just pay by card? Maybe you can, but the queue of customers asking questions about how to enter is too long to bother standing behind. It's unfortunate that front-end staff have to deal with complaints from swimmers who can't pay easily just to enter a local pool. In what way is this productive or a community oriented enterprise?
