Something wrong with system, Paid parking fee before going to my car then asked for a due payment of $30 upon exiting.

They just scam for money. They collect money, but no money to put the sign that carpark close at 6pm from entry. When calling them, first time they said $25 for call out fee to open the door. Second time call another person said $125 for call out fee and have to wait for 1.5hrs. Ridiculous. Never park in any secure parking anymore.

I parked for approximately 1.5 hours (entered around 5:30 pm and exited at 7:05 pm on Sunday 22 March 2026), but was incorrectly charged for a full 24 hours ($30). This is a ticketless, sensor-based system, so there is no justification for such a major error. The entry and exit times should be accurately recorded. I tried calling the station before exiting but the lady couldn’t hear me. I had a was in rush due to personal reasons so paid the fee to leave. Very disappointing experience. I would not trust this car park unless billing accuracy is improved. Currently seeking a refund - I don’t like it when my time is wasted.

The place to park all day in Parramatta. Easy no ticket access. Food sized spots. Recommend

Has owners changed? Appalling phone customer service, staff laughing and gloating over not being able to exit as card reader faulty. Tried to exit immediately after noticing ridiculous price increase. Card reader not working. Not answering calls. Not answering intercom. Eventually get through. Phone operator wouldn't listen to issue. Refused to allow us to leave unless we make a payment. He refused to acknowledge conditions of entry or policy. See photos. Spoke over me and hung up on my call after laughing. Onsite staff are helpfu though.
