I popped in on a Saturday not really expecting to find much because I'm so fussy with clothes and I usually end up leaving most places empty handed. But I ended up walking out with three pieces for my daughter and genuinely could have bought more. The store is beautifully curated it's not overwhelming. Everything is laid out really nicely and you can tell they've been thoughtful about what they stock because it all works together.

If I could give no stars I would, worst customer service ever, three staff on including the manager all standing around talking, I was in the change rooms for over 10minutes and even came out to change sizes and still not one person asked for help. I am so disappointed I drover over 30min just to go to Westfield parramatta to go to this store. First time ever to elite eleven, even if I wanted to buy something I would not. You need a new manager

I recently had a quick and easy exchange with Riley, who was patient and helpful in offering alternatives. The whole process of organising a size exchange was smooth and positive. Beyond the great customer service, I genuinely love the brand. I’ve basically built my entire casual/loungewear capsule wardrobe from EE, especially the Omni range (Tip: The bottoms pair great with GP basics range of tops). One thing that would make me even more likely to recommend EE is broader availability of styles and sizes in-store. I usually wear XL–XXL, and because those sizes often aren’t available in-store, I need to order online and then return items in person when the fit isn’t quite right (many styles tend to run small in the chest for me). Unfortunately, refunds aren’t an option; I can only offer an exchange, which may be limiting. Having more flexibility around refunds and better in-store size/style availability would make the experience much easier. That said, some pieces are absolute staples for me. I highly recommend the Unitard Flares and the EE Unitard. They’re so comfy and versatile. I wear them for everything - errands, the gym, cleaning, hiking, even helping a friend move - I’d b

Jess provided beautiful customer service. She was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful, making everything feel professional and easy. She remained lovely throughout, greeted me with a genuine smile, and never seemed annoyed. Her positive attitude made the whole experience comfortable, welcoming, and enjoyable from start to finish for every customer.

But what really stood out was Joey’s customer service. He went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for, gave honest recommendations, and made the whole shopping experience enjoyable.
