After another incredible 11-night stay in July at the Manly Pacific MGallery, I can confidently say this hotel feels like my second home. We return every year, and each visit reminds us exactly why. From the moment you step into the foyer, you're welcomed by the beautiful signature fragrance, the relaxed coastal atmosphere, and an impeccable level of presentation. Every staff member is immaculately dressed, professional, and genuinely warm, creating an immediate feeling of comfort and belonging. What truly sets this hotel apart is its people. Every department deserves recognition. The front desk team always provides a warm welcome and effortless check-in and check-out. The VIP Services team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay is perfect. Housekeeping maintains the rooms to an exceptionally high standard, with every detail spotless throughout our stay. The maintenance team quietly keeps everything running flawlessly, while the bar staff and restaurant teams deliver outstanding service with friendly smiles every day. The breakfasts are always a highlight. The selection is excellent, the quality is consistently superb, and nothing is ever too much

My husband and I had the most wonderful time staying at this stunning hotel. From the moment we walked in to the cool vibes of the restaurant/bar, gorgeous coconut scented candle and stunning coastal artwork and decor. Wow, what a place and location! All staff were so accommodating to all of our needs. We enjoyed a delicious meal via room service and had a lovely drink down at the main bar. We loved the styling and comfort of our room. The bed was so comfortable and the room was just perfect! Thank you again for the upgrade. We would like to acknowledge the following exceptional staff members as they made our stay so enjoyable. A huge thank you to Luana, Lucia and Chloe you ladies went above and beyond, this never went unnoticed and we are truly grateful. We can’t wait to come back sooner rather than later! Thank you again ☺️

Great hotel, beautiful building and epic location. Rooms have phenomenal view and sleeping next to the ocean is a dream. Little underwhelmed by some of the staff at the reception. Some very nice and friendly but some not. Pool is cool spot, heated and epic view.

This hotel is perfection! Rooms are stunning, facilities are immaculate - gorgeous rooftop pool, Bistro Manly and Cibaria are both delicious, 55 North is a perfect bar for some delicious after dinner drinks. The location is fantastic, close to everything and the sunrises over the beach every morning are stunning. The hotel service is also amazing, staff are all very attentive - always smiling and saying hello and happy to help wherever they can. Lewis was particularly fantastic, going out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed to make our stay a pleasant one. We felt very welcomed and looked after the minute we arrived. Highly recommend a stay here, we will definitely be back soon.
