I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this dental practice. I visited on February 25th , 2025 with a toothache and paid $280 for a procedure that didn't resolve my issue. Despite my concerns, the dentist filled my tooth without addressing the underlying problem. The pain persisted, and I scheduled a follow-up appointment on March 6th, 2025 The dentist performed another examination and charged me an additional $100. The total cost for this unresolved issue is $380. What's even more concerning is that the dentist now suggests the pain might be related to a sinus issue, indicating a potential misdiagnosis. As a patient, I expect a thorough examination and accurate diagnosis, not a series of costly procedures that don't address the root cause. I would caution others to carefully consider their options before visiting this dentist. The lack of effective diagnosis and treatment, combined with the excessive costs, has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

I must say that I am truly happy with the wonderful experience I had when I visited Eskay Dental. Dr. Shiu Karan was very approachable , patient, caring and totally experienced in his field. He explained very clearly the issue I was having, gave options so I knew exactly what my choices were, and executed the process as gently as he could, explaining each step as he went along. I felt very calm and relaxed throughout the process. I must say I have been to a couple of dental clinics here but my experience was not as great as this. Thank you very much Dr. Karan.

Today i had a tooth removed at Eskay Dental. The surgeon was simply amazing. He gave a thorough breakdown of the options i had and the entire extraction process. Dr Shiu was friendly, polite and careful from start to finish. I came into the clinic stressed and nervous as this was a first extraction for me. The surgeon calmed me down, gave me an xray and anaesthetic and in the blink of an eye, my tooth was out. Post procedure was just as informative and full of instructions for me to adhere to. The overall experience was made simple by a surgeon who really sacrificed his time and cared. Looked after me with price as well as i was not covered privately. Would recommend this clinic and the surgeon to anyone requiring dental help.

I had been suffering from a severe tooth ache for almost two months. One of my friends suggested me to visit Eskay Dental. Over there I discovered that I required a root canal surgery. I got pretty scared. But I was explained the whole process very nicely and the next day I got my appointment done. The surgery went pretty well and I was taken care of extremely well. I will recommend it to anyone who is going through any sort of dental problem.
