Really great experience at this dental practice. Everyone from reception through to Dr Tanya was friendly, professional and made me feel comfortable throughout. Dr Tanya explained everything clearly and took good care of me. I really appreciated the calm, caring approach. Highly recommend them

I visited The Liverpool Dentist as a new patient for a routine clean, and it was the best experience I have had at a dentist. Because it was my first appointment, the team took a thorough set of X-rays, videos and photos. This was not just for their records. It meant Dr Jennifer Do and I could see, clearly and together, the structure and health of my teeth. The clinic’s technology is modern and genuinely useful, not just impressive to look at. Routine check-ups have usually been painful for me. This one was not. Dr Jennifer Do made the clean painless. Afterwards, I asked a long list of questions about root canals, cavities, crowns, teeth whitening and Invisalign. Dr Jennifer was patient and careful, explaining each item in plain English and outlining what the clinic could do. The whole team was friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. I left feeling informed, looked after, and unusually but pleasantly relaxed for a dental visit.

I had such a great experience with Dr. Jennifer in Liverpool Dentist. From the moment I walked in, the service was warm and professional. She took the time to really listen to all of my health concerns and didn’t rush through anything. Dr. Jennifer is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. She explained everything step-by-step before starting any treatment, which made me feel completely comfortable and informed. She also provided very helpful tips tailored to my situation, not just general advice. I truly appreciated her gentle approach and attention to detail while working on my teeth. First time appointment at The Liverpool Dentist and it was great! Dr Tanya provided a thorough check-up and clean. She was warm, welcoming and very professional. The dental nurse and reception staff were friendly and provided fantastic service. Overall it was a very positive experience. Thank you for looking after me and my dental health!
