I have finally made my initial steps to fix my dental issues and this clinic has been so wonderful and very welcoming. From the front desk, to the technicians and dentists. I felt very comfortable and well cared for. It's still a long way to go but I thank you all. Highly recommended. ❤️💯

I had my initial orthodontic consultation at Royal Dental Care Campbelltown, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain my treatment options clearly. I then attended the Liverpool clinic for my scan and final consultation with the orthodontist. The process was seamless, and everyone made me feel comfortable and well informed throughout. Both clinics were modern, organised, and provided outstanding patient care. I highly recommend Royal Dental Care to anyone considering orthodontic treatment.

I had an outstanding experience from the very beginning to the end of my treatment. Every stage of the process was handled with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. The reception team was always warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They made scheduling appointments easy and were always friendly and accommodating, making me feel comfortable every time I arrived. The dental team was exceptional. They took the time to explain every step of my treatment, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt relaxed throughout the entire process. Their expertise, gentle approach, and genuine care gave me complete confidence that I was in the best hands. The clinic is clean, modern, and very well organized, creating a pleasant and reassuring environment. It’s clear that everyone works together to provide the highest level of patient care. Royal Dental Care Liverpool truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, Stephanie at the front desk made me feel genuinely welcome and took the time to introduce me to the team, which immediately put me at ease. Riya was incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and thorough, explaining every step clearly so I knew exactly what was happening and what to expect. Amie brought such great energy and understanding as the dental assistant, adding to the calm and reassuring atmosphere throughout the visit. As someone who is usually very anxious about going to the dentist, I can honestly say I felt comfortable, supported, and well looked after the entire time. The whole team created such a reassuring experience, and I couldn’t have asked for better care. I’m definitely looking forward to returning and putting my care plan into action.

The level of care, professionalism, and friendliness was consistent across both locations. The team made me feel comfortable throughout every appointment, answered all of my questions, and genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome.
