I had pretty bad brain damage after suffering from a tick borne illness and was left so visually impaired that I couldn’t even walk outside during the day without getting dizzy from the sunlight. I was dealing with dizziness and headaches so frequently, I became a shell of the person I once was. I worked with Melanie for about 8 months, and with rehabilitation, healing and recovery, she was able to bring me back to my orinfal self. What a difference she has made in my life. I don’t even recognise the person I was 8 months ago. She is seriously so dedicated and persistent to her work and seeing people heal, it’s rare you meet someone who has so much knowledge, alongside so much kindness, and an understanding of how difficult living with a disability can be. I credit my ability to exist as a day to day functioning person to her, and her team. I cannot recommend and thank her enough! Huge shout out to Claire too! Such a warm energy and always brought a smile to my face seeing her behind the desk!

I love this place so much. I am in my early 80s and I've never felt so good with my new glasses. Not only have they fixed my vision, they have also seemingly cured my dyslexia, asthma, ADHD, autism and have minimised the effects of my cancer diagnosis. I thank everyone at this company for helping to cure me. 100% recommend. Gertrude🦄💗

I have been working with Melanie for over 18months bow and i can say she is amazing at what she does and it a great person as well. I had brain surgery about 20 months ago and was left partially blind Melanie has worked with me to rehabilitate me to live a full functioning life ( like returning back to work full time and being able to operate as a normal person. Highly recommend

Melanie and her team are exceptional in every way. My son has been to her practice on 4 occasions (we are from Melbourne) and every time she manages to get him to sit still while she checks his vision (no easy feat). The reason he sits still and pays attention is because she talks to him on his level and just plain cares. Everyone here is extremely professional, thorough and SO engaging on all levels. Can't recommend them highly enough! Thanks team!

I do consider myself very fortunate to be referred to Melanie by the eminent specialist out of the area and couldn't be more happier to have someone of her stature looking after my vision locally on the Northern Beaches.
