These guys are great - they helped me out by providing me with some emergency contact lenses while I was on my holidays and lost my glasses. Couldn’t have been more speedy and efficient. Great to see an independent optometrist.

I have been coming to Maximeyes for years and I couldn’t rate it more highly. The new optometrist Marlena is incredibly professional, attentive, friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable in my first appointment with her. Fiona and Kirsty, the lovley ladies at reception are also very welcoming, friendly, caring and always call me back whenever I leave a message. Overall the entire experience every time I go to Maximeyes is 10/10 from the moment I walk in the door, to the moment I walk out!

Thank you to team Maxim for outstanding service. Having broken my glasses a few days prior I popped in for some new ones. Marlena did a very thorough examination to check my prescription and the general health of my eyes using all the new top tech. Fiona then provided me with a perfect selection of frames - I chose a new frame and look forward to receiving them in about a week. And to top it all, I asked if there was any way my old lenses could be saved and put into a back up frames and hey presto by magic a few hours later the old lenses were fitted into a new frame. THANKS very much team Maxim.

The whole team at Maximeyes provide exceptional service and care. Dr Rose is incredibly thorough and has been proactive at spotting and treating a few eye concerns for myself and family members, she is wonderful with urgency too, thank you! Rose is professional, caring and highly competent, I feel confident trusting her advice. She has great attention to detail, and spent quality time to help me decide on two different types of lenses for my different uses at work, screen and home. Kirsty and Fiona go way above and beyond their roles in my view!!! Their customer service is brilliant, they are always warm and welcoming every time you visit. If you want a trusted advisor for choosing frames then Fiona is your go-to consultant, I am thrilled with the two frames she helped me to choose, and grateful for the adjustments and after sales service too, she's brilliant!
