Fiona brings more than expertise in guiding yoga and breathwork practices, although she has these in abundance, she also brings an authenticity, warmth, gentleness, passion and kindness that shines through to create a genuinely safe space for all her students to rest, grown, learn, and heal. Our community is so blessed to have her!

Fiona is a truly wonderful human. Kind, caring, humble, and so deeply genuine. There is something very special about her that is hard to put into words, but you feel it the moment you practise with her. I have been attending Fiona’s classes at Burn in Kingscliff for some time now, and every class feels unique, thoughtful, and beautifully held. She brings so much knowledge, passion, and care into her teaching, along with gentle elements of Eastern philosophy and nervous system support in a way that feels grounded, supportive, and never forced. My private one-on-one session with Fiona exceeded all expectations. I carry a lot of stress and tension in my body, especially through my neck, back, and hips, and I left feeling softer, clearer, lighter, and more at ease than I have in a very long time. Fiona has a beautiful way of making you feel seen, heard, and safe. I cannot recommend her enough. If you get the chance to practise with her, do it.

Fiona’s Summer Retreat created such a safe, nurturing space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect — not only with my body, but with myself. The Yin yoga sessions were beautifully guided, allowing time to soften, release, and simply be. The acupressure segments worked on specific energy points to support circulation, reduce tension, and calm the nervous system — when walking away from the class we felt the ‘magic’ it had provided. Thank you Fiona - already looking forward to your next Retreat.

Fiona created such a wonderful inviting environment in all her classes, but the Summer Mini Retreat was especially warm and comfortable. The acupressure and myofascial release techniques were particularly helpful, but I enjoyed the whole experience.

Fiona helped create some special family memories during our holiday to the Maldives in 2023. She guided us with our two daughters (6 & 9) in a thoughtful and playful beach yoga class. It created a lot of positivity! She also led a private couple’s myofascial release class, alleviating pain and even generating closeness between us. Short enough to say, we will be actively seeking to holiday where she chooses! It was our best family holiday yet, and I’ve no doubt she played a part in that.
