Laila’s hot vyniasa was such a perfect amount of strength and relaxation practice, it was just amazing. Then after her class, the meditation with sound guided by Sophie tools is all to a whole different experience, it’s hard to put into words how it made feel but I wish it could become a regular practice at Power Living. It such an amazing way to unwind and raise the vibration, I wish more people could experience that, thank you.

Another great class with Jo on Saturday afternoon, slow burn hot yoga at the Neutral Bay studio was so so good, I decided to stay for the Yin straight after which I've never done before - loved it all. Amazing teacher

The online live stream classes are great! I do not have access to a good vinyasa studio close by so I have found the live streaming perfect for my daily use and when I’m ever in Manly I have the option to attend a studio class. Great teachers and great setup, regards, Sam

Different instructors on different days have their strengths! I always feel like I've had a good workout for the body and relax for the mind regardless. The team are great at Powerliving.

I didn’t actually attend the class as I underestimated how long it would take to get there from Dee Why incl. traffic, parking (paid $5.50) and in general just navigating the area to locate the studio which is on the main tourist strip. It’s hard to find inner peace when it’s a very stressful experience that takes 45min realistically to get there to ensure you arrive 10min early. I arrived a few min after class started and found the door locked with a sign that says no late entry. That’s understandable but it does make it difficult for non-locals to attend. Will need to find a more local studio as it’s just too difficult for me to manage this. 🙏
