I absolutely loved Val’s yoga class! The atmosphere was calm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She had such a peaceful energy and guided us through each pose with clarity and care. The pace was perfect—not too fast, not too slow—and it really helped me disconnect and relax. I left feeling refreshed, centered, and totally recharged. Whether you’re a beginner or have experience with yoga, I highly recommend this class. Definitely one of the best yoga sessions I’ve ever had!

I’ve been to my fair share of yoga studios - and neighbourhood yoga stands out. The word that comes to mind is genuine. Imogen and Mia know you by name, care about you, make sure you feel safe and comfortable. It’s unique in this sense and I can really feel such a beautiful community growing. If fancy yoga studios intimidate you, know this neighbourhood yoga is different. You are welcome just as you are. So excited for this space ❤️

A beautiful space, created by two beautiful humans. I have attended several workshops here and love both how quickly you can feel that you have gotten away from the chaos of life and also move to a space of calm through a well thought out agenda, yoga, learning. Thank you for bringing your passion to the neighbourhood!!
