I encountered significant stress after paying for a package tour over a year in advance due to last-minute requirements for cruise documents and unclear cabin assignments. Despite contacting Dee Jay Garland three weeks prior to the flight, I was informed that she had no control to intervene in the matter. Upon discovering that she was on leave, Amie redirected me to Mel, who promptly addressed my concerns. The transfer arrangement is proving to be particularly challenging, as we are compelled to organize it entirely on our own, despite it being an integral component of the tour package. Furthermore, the cost of the transfer in Copenhagen is exorbitant. Given the substantial size of our group and the lack of support from the agent, Dee Jay Garland, which was marked by inadequate explanations and poor communication, we are finding this journey to be exceptionally costly. I would caution others to exercise prudence when dealing with Dee Jay Garland, as I regret having booked through this agent and would not recommend this experience. As we are a group, it would be preferable to be accommodated on the same deck for the cruise; however, some members were assigned to deck 12 with balconi

Melanie Gabbusch was professional, friendly & definately assisted us to plan our itinerary for our holiday to Canada, which we had no idea to do. She was informative & kept in contact before & during our trip. I would recommend her & the flight centre & would definately use them again for our next trip.

Melanie Gabbusch (Mel) was our Flight Centre travel agent who assisted us in booking our family holiday to Europe. She was splendid, exemplary and I highly recommend her. Mel always wore a positive can do attitude on her shoulders which gave a sense of calmness to us as there is a lot of information to process. Mel took efforts in researching the options for us (each time we spoke to her we used to ask her for a new option), and provided her own views, collectively enabling us to take an informed decision on which tours to book, hotels to book and places to visit. Within a few weeks of our holiday we had to unfortunately replan our trip and Mel was brilliant in rebooking tours and cancelling our old itinerary, she was able to re-execute the whole trip within 48 hours. She was very prompt with phone calls and emails and we did not need to follow up with her once. She was professional, reassuring and jovial in her engagements with us. Overall for the travel agent service role Mel played, if a rating system existed, I would give her a 10 on 10.

Mel GABBUSCH was amazing with her expert advise on travelling overseas to the USA. She was very efficient and professional with all our enquiries. Mel was always happy to help, smiling and a delight organising our holiday, she is very friendly and understanding and is very knowledgeable on USA travel in particular Disney theme parks. I would highly recommend Mel to assist you in booking your holiday, we were so blessed to get Mel.
